Our goal is to provide affordable and accessible HACCP food safety training across the United States and Canada. By offering the course online we are making it available to anyone with access to an Internet-enabled computer. Unlike classroom training, there is no need to travel or try to schedule everyone into a classroom session. There is no software to install or set up. And because the course is completely self-paced, participants can learn at the rate he/she finds most comfortable.
